During a visit to Wales on Tuesday, Kate Middleton mocked her husband Prince William as he attempted to bake a Welsh cake.
The Duchess of Cambridge effortlessly prepared her cakes while teasing her husband William about how thin his were.
During travels to Abergavenny and Blaenavon, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge cooked Welsh cakes with members of a youth group and were greeted by large crowds.
Kate, mocking her beloved husband, said that Willam “could put them together?” before humorously congratulating him on his accomplishments.
“Please don’t pass judgement on my cooking. It’s not The Great British Bake Off, “As the couple spent time in the kitchen in Blaenavon Hwb in Torfaen county, the prince said.
After presenting his “quite thin Welsh cakes” to the duchess to prepare, Prince William revealed he had “baked my first Welsh cake.”
He joked, “Where’s Mary Berry when you need her?”
It was “nerve-wracking” for Thomas, 13, to assist the prince.
“His Welsh cakes were truly one-of-a-kind. He laid them out and then cut them out “he stated He did confess, though, that he was unlikely to ask the prince to cook any more Welsh cakes for him.
The royal couple visited a market and a farm that provides milk from goats used by local cheese producers after spending time in the kitchen at Blaenavon Hwb in Torfaen county.
